2 Days / Week Monday, Wednesday Technical Support Services means the functions associated with the fulfillment of Service Requests and Resolution of Incidents through Level 2 support coordination, including onsite, deskside, diagnosis and break-fix of Supported Hardware (listed in Hardware List section). The Technical Support Services provided by the Supplier include the functions identified as Supplier's Responsibilities Provide hardware and software support for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Troubleshoot applications, including Microsoft Office. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware. Support networking tasks (VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP). Deploy and manage software using SCCM. Resolve help desk tickets via ServiceNow or BMC Remedy. Manage Active Directory users and permissions. Support mobile devices and assist with LAN/network projects. Qualifications Experience in desktop/IT support with strong customer service skills. Solid knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP), Meraki, and Windows Server. Familiarity with GPOs and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira). Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Desktop virtualization experience is a plus.
