What's the Job?

We are seeking a Digital Commerce & Key Accounts Manager to lead growth across major Canadian retailers and eCommerce platforms. This role owns key omnichannel accounts, driving digital strategy, retail media execution, and joint business planning to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

12 Month Contract
Pay Rate- 45.57

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development for Amazon, Walmart.ca, and other major Canadian retailers.
  • Build and execute annual/quarterly Joint Business Plans.
  • Manage retail media across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads & DSP) and Walmart Connect.
  • Drive content excellence: SEO titles, A+ content, Brand Stores, Item 360.
  • Ensure EN/FR bilingual content compliance.
  • Optimize search rank, share of page, and PDP health metrics.
  • Develop and manage promotional plans and customer investments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category, and Operations teams.
  • Support infrastructure setup for packaging, fulfillment, and DCom operations.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years FMCG/CPG experience.
  • Experience in digital commerce, brand building, customer development, or trade marketing.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart.ca, and retail media (strong asset).
