About the RoleWe are seeking a
Digital Merchandising Manager/Vendor Accelerator Partner to support the growth and performance of multiple consumer brands within a retail eCommerce environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong
online/eCommerce background who enjoys working cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, remove roadblocks, and improve digital performance.
This is a
contract role working onsite at headquarters in a fast-moving, highly agile organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable being
customer-facing, understands how digital systems work end-to-end, and can clearly speak the language of
clicks, engagement, conversion, and site performance.
What You'll Do
- Act as a digital and eCommerce partner supporting three brands within a retail environment
- Identify growth opportunities and potential roadblocks across the online customer journey
- Support eCommerce performance by optimizing product listings, site content, and digital execution
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness of online initiatives
- Partner with teams to analyze digital metrics tied to engagement, traffic, and conversion
- Support campaign execution across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
- Help identify efficiencies within campaigns and digital workflows
- Leverage prior experience working with advertising or programmatic platforms (e.g., Trade Desk)
- Operate in a highly agile environment that requires quick pivots and adaptability
Note: This role is focused on
execution and optimization, not writing or creating original content.
What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related online/customer-facing role
- Background common to CPG or brand-to-retailer environments
- Experience blending eCommerce, digital performance, and account or partner management
- Strong understanding of:
- Websites and eCommerce platforms
- Digital performance metrics (clicks, engagement, conversion)
- Campaign optimization and digital efficiencies
- Hands-on experience with:

Meta platforms
- Google Ads
- Digital or programmatic advertising tools
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating in-person with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Pay Details: $44.00 to $58.00 per hour
