Digital Press & Production Operator - Print Shop

Job Description Job Description We are an established, busy print shop seeking an experienced Digital Press & Production Operator. This is a fast-paced production role requiring someone who can learn quickly, think ahead, and keep equipment running efficiently throughout the day.

Equipment You'll Run

• Konica Minolta Color Digital Press
  
  
• Konica Minolta Black & White Digital Press
  
  
• DTF printers, multi-station heat press, and envelope press (training provided as needed)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Set up and run digital print jobs accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Manage multiple jobs per day, not one job at a time
  
  
• Prioritize work and keep presses running with minimal downtime
  
  
• Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
  
  
• Assist with finishing and other production tasks as needed
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
  
  

Requirements

• Previous print shop experience strongly preferred
  
  
• Must be a fast learner who can catch on quickly
  
  
• Ability to work with urgency and meet production deadlines
  
  
• Comfortable standing, moving, and working hands-on all day
  
  
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
