Disbursement Specialist

Currently, we have a Disbursement Specialist opportunity with a trusted leader in the title and escrow industry, known for its stability, innovative solutions, and commitment to exceptional customer service. The Disbursement Specialist will be responsible for below specific duties:

• Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions.
• Supports real estate transactions by performing administrative and support duties related to escrow processes.
• Assists branch operations with disbursement of escrow transactions to ensure files are fully funded and disbursed as directed.
• Reviews and prepares closing files for disbursement once closed.
• Confirms file balances are accurate and disburses funds according to instructions, often by issuing checks.
• Works with lenders, buyers, and escrow officers to balance and disburse closed files.
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines.
• Understands how assigned duties relate to the team and integrates with related teams.
• Impacts team outcomes through quality of support provided.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience.
• Bookkeeping and Accounting Experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Escrow Experience

Pay Rate Range: $19.58 - $20.28 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
