Job Title: DV Cleared Network Engineer
Location: Corsham
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Rate: Up to 600 per day via an approved umbrella company
Must be willing and eligible to go through the DV Clearance process

Our Client, a leader in defence and security, is hiring for a reputable organisation to support on a satellite network project. This is an exciting opportunity for a Network Engineer to work on a high-profile, fast-paced programme with national and international travel.

What you'll be doing:
Responding to network faults and incidents, providing third-line support
Managing installation, configuration, and testing of new system components
Ensuring new services meet UK security standards
Performing upgrades, enhancements, and managing obsolescence
Supporting the design and security of military communication networks, including satellite systems

What you'll bring:
Experience in designing and delivering IP communication networks, ideally with Cisco accreditation (CCNP preferred)
Knowledge of IP network architectures and serial communications
Familiarity with RF Satellite communications technology (advantageous)
Background in telecommunications or satellite communication environments
Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and processes
Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
