We're looking for a Production Operator to perform routine, easily learned, and highly repetitive production operations. This role supports simple machine setups, assembly tasks, screening and bagging operations, and quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.

Pay Rate: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform simple machine setups
  • Assemble materials from individual components using written or verbal instructions
  • Perform basic screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations
  • Use various hand tools and test equipment
  • Inspect and test work for quality; resolve simple issues or seek assistance
  • Follow acceptable housekeeping practices
  • Follow all company practices, policies, and procedures
  • Follow all established safety regulations
  • Read and understand technical drawings, work orders, and specifications
  • Clean, prepare, and stage job materials for production
  • Inspect final products to ensure all specifications are met
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs for production equipment
Job Requirements Experience:
  • Prior production experience
Skills / Requirements:

  1. Experience with cabling, harnessing, PCB repair, and SMT
  2. Basic reading and math skills
  3. Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, process documents, and visual aids
  5. Ability to resolve simple problems
  6. Ability to complete work accurately and on time
  7. Strong attention to detail
  8. General knowledge of screening equipment and techniques
  9. Basic knowledge of printing materials
  10. Ability to perform precise measurements
Working Environment Work is performed in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and good ventilation. Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions and may need to wear protective clothing. Some heavy equipment may be operated, and safety rules must be followed.

Physical Requirements
  • Mostly sedentary work, with standing and walking up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • May require bending or stooping
  • Walking long distances throughout the day
  • Climbing ladders
  • Use of hand tools
Mental Requirements
  • Ability to calibrate precise measurements

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
