Currently, we have an End User Support Specialist opportunity with a trusted leader in the title and escrow industry, known for its stability, innovative solutions, and commitment to exceptional customer service. The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues in a Windows environment.
- Perform desktop and laptop setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including peripherals.
- Document, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
- Deliver remote desktop support using approved tools such as Bomgar or similar.
- Perform basic Active Directory functions including password resets and account lookups.
- Assist with device management using tools such as Intune and SCCM.
- Communicate effectively with users to resolve technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for tickets, updates, and status notes.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- 3 years or more of experience in an IT desktop or end user support role preferred.
- Foundational troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems in a Windows environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to nontechnical users.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune, and SCCM.
Pay Rate Range: $26.67 - $28.37 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
