Please note, travel is required for the first two weeks for training, and hotel, travel and meals will be paid for. Principal Accountabilities: Provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure that endpoint technology assets function at optimal level Install new and updated end-user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure branch technology is up to date and to maintain a continuous replacement cycle Train new users to use hardware and software to maximize total work efficiency 1+ years of experience in a help desk or endpoint role Strong working knowledge of desktop operating systems and peripherals, mobile devices, and printers and print servers Strong working knowledge of customer support practices in an enterprise environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
