Energy Retrofit Project Manager / BER Assessor

Our client is seeking an experienced Energy Retrofit Project Manager to deliver energy assessments and manage retrofit projects across domestic and commercial properties. You will conduct BER and Home Energy Assessments (HEAs), recommend retrofit and renewable solutions, manage projects from survey to completion, and ensure compliance with SEAI and building regulations.

• Conduct BER assessments and HEAs.
• Recommend retrofit and renewable upgrades (heat pumps, solar PV, ventilation).
• Manage projects, coordinating teams, contractors, clients, schedules, and budgets.
• Support SEAI grant applications (Warmer Homes, OneStopShop, Better Energy Homes).
• Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Level 7 qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Sustainability.
• Registered BER Assessor (Domestic & Non-Domestic).
• 4+ years' experience in energy assessments or retrofit project delivery.
• Familiarity with SEAI schemes, Part L building regulations, and retrofit methodologies.
• Full driving licence and fluent English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote.
