Job Title: Engineering Configuration Manager/Change Process Manager

Location: Filton, UK (Hybrid - 60% Onsite)

Contract: 12 Months (Extension Possible)

Rate: £38/hour (Inside IR35)

About the Role

We're hiring an Engineering Configuration Manager to support major aircraft programmes, ensuring effective engineering configuration and change management across the product life cycle.

Working within a cross-functional environment, you'll collaborate with Engineering, Programme, Airworthiness, Manufacturing, and Configuration teams to deliver configuration activities that support aircraft delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Engineering Change activities
• Coordinate Engineering Configuration Management across multiple programmes
• Support Engineering Change Process deliverables and stakeholder management
• Drive configuration governance throughout the aircraft life cycle
• Support digital transformation and Product Lifecycle Management initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks and deliver on time

Required Experience

• Strong Engineering Configuration Management experience
• End-to-end Engineering Change Management knowledge
• Product Data Management (PDM) tool experience
• Configuration Management tool experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Python or SQL
• Skywise
• PLM/Digital Engineering exposure
• Aerospace or aviation background
