Key Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Lead architecture governance across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate business and operational requirements into end-to-end technical architectures.
• Provide architectural leadership across ServiceNow modules including:
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • CMDB
  • SecOps
  • HRSD
  • IRM/GRC
  • CSM
• Define integration architecture with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and Legacy applications.
• Establish governance frameworks, design standards, and best practices for the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with government and GDS standards.
• Support programme delivery teams through architecture reviews, technical assurance, and solution governance.
• Drive platform optimisation, standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Lead ServiceNow Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem.
• Experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions within government or regulated sectors.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred)
  • Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
  • ITIL practices
  • API and integration design
  • Security and compliance architecture
  • Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow governance, CMDB, data models, workflows, and platform scalability.
• Ability to communicate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.
• Experience working within complex multi-supplier environments.
