Enterprise OCM

RED is looking for an experienced Enterprise OCM Consultant to support large-scale transformation programmes, with a particular focus on AI, digital, and data platform change initiatives. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who can lead the people side of complex transformation and help organisations successfully adopt new ways of working. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in Organisational Change Management, combined with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear business impact for stakeholders at all levels.

• Work Model: Hybrid in London, 2 days on-site and 3 days remote

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Organisational Change Management for large-scale programmes
• Hands-on experience supporting AI, digital, or data platform transformations
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to manage resistance and embed behavioural change
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation initiatives
• Good understanding of AI adoption challenges, including ethics and change implications
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into meaningful business outcomes
• Familiarity with recognised OCM frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar
• Experience with collaboration, enablement, and adoption tools
• Comfortable working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
