Entra ID/IAM Programme Lead (Hybrid - Ireland/Europe)

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading global organisation undergoing a major transition towards a cloud-first, platform-driven model. We are looking for an experienced Entra ID/IAM Programme Lead to drive a key identity security transformation.

This role focuses on strengthening the Entra ID environment - including Conditional Access, MFA, Intune-based device trust, and moving away from Legacy ADFS. It requires a hands-on technical leader who can operate at an architectural level while driving delivery across multiple teams.

Role Overview

You will lead a structured identity security programme, improving authentication, access controls, and privileged access, while ensuring changes are delivered safely with minimal business disruption. You'll work closely with internal architects and IAM teams, acting as a key driver of change.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Entra ID security improvements and access control enhancements
• Design and roll out Conditional Access and MFA
• Strengthen device compliance through Intune
• Support migration away from Legacy ADFS
• Implement privileged access controls (PIM)
• Drive structured rollout and change management
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure knowledge transfer

Key Qualifications

• Strong experience with Entra ID/IAM in enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise in Conditional Access, MFA, and Intune
• Experience with ADFS and modern authentication
• Ability to operate at an architectural level while delivering hands-on
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused

Assignment Details

• Location: Ireland preferred/Europe considered (hybrid)
• Contract: Freelancer
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
