Role OverviewThis role supports IT service delivery operations, focusing on improving IT service management processes and ensuring service quality using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities• Support and improve IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes
• Assist in managing and resolving incidents, including major incidents
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
• Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports
• Provide training and guidance on ITSM procedures
• Experience with IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM workflows
• Understanding of risk assessment, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
• Process improvement experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with process optimization and workflow automation
Education• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• ITIL Foundations Certification required
