Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leaders within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for delivering high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the effective management of priorities, schedules, communications, and key business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, correspondence, and expense claims.
- Act as a key point of contact, managing communications and screening enquiries where appropriate.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documentation.
- Support budget administration and assist with compiling information for reports and business reviews.
- Coordinate activities across departments and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Welcome and assist visitors, support onboarding activities, and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is desirable.
