Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and
service HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of
troubleshooting a wide variety of heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding
service.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related
systems
Identify and recommend repair or replacement options to customers
Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
EPA Certification required or ability to obtain promptly
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments and weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
NATE Certification
Experience xibtplm with heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems
Experience with HVAC software and mobile service applications
