An great opportunity to work for major Public Sector organization based in Salisbury for a specialist in 'Alarm Systems'. The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in a high-hazard, highly regulated environment, shaping and implementing alarm management systems that directly support operational safety and compliance.

We re looking for an experienced Alarms Specialist with a strong working knowledge of EEMUA 191 to lead the adaptation and rollout of alarm management strategies across complex facilities. You'll have the chance to make a tangible impact improving processes, influencing stakeholders, and building sustainable capability across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the implementation of alarm management strategies aligned to EEMUA 191
  • Tailor site-wide alarm policies to meet the needs of high-risk facilities
  • Produce clear, practical documentation to support operational teams
  • Work closely with leadership to deliver a structured, long-term implementation plan
  • Upskill internal teams to ensure ongoing, compliant alarm management practices
  • Optimise alarm and control systems across a complex laboratory environment

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in industrial alarm systems
  • Experience working with platforms such as Trend, Vista, Schneider, EcoStruxure, or Saulter
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and delivery skills
  • Experience implementing policies or operational processes

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of EEMUA 191
  • Awareness of DSEAR and health services and environmental protection requirements
