We created the Fever Software Engineering Fellowship to identify, support, and accelerate the next generation of outstanding software engineers by giving them real ownership, real impact, and real mentorship from day one. It offers students and early career engineers the opportunity to start their professional journey inside a high growth, international technology company, working alongside experienced engineers, product leaders, and data scientists who build at global scale.

Who are we looking for?

• You're in your final year of an engineering degree or you've just graduated (any engineering discipline).
• Your academic record is outstanding-you're in the top 10% of your cohort.
• You're excited about software development, tech solutions and building products that scale.
• You thrive in high performance environments and have the skills and to hit the ground running.
