Compensation

FSR: €47K OTE
€28K Salary
€5K Car Allowance or Company Vehicle
€2K Loyalty Bonus

Your Role

You will be directly responsible for driving sales of Electric Ireland's products within your territory by engaging with potential customers at their homes. Electric Ireland offers competitive deals that help customers save money on their energy bills in a tough climate, creating a high opportunity for sales.

Requirements
  • Full Clean Driver's Licence
  • Can do, positive, and competitive mindset
  • Results driven and resilient
  • Enjoy being outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Enjoy engaging with customers at their homes and building strong relationships
  • Excellent communication, fluent English, and interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Professional, with the ability to build trust through effective listening to verbal and non verbal cues and responding appropriately to individuals
  • Flexibility to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday - Friday, with potential Saturday work to meet targets (flexible hours between 09:00 and 21:00)
  • Sales experience is not essential; the key is a desire to hit targets, work hard, and earn uncapped commission
Desirable

Door to door experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

Track record of delivering against targets in a sales or comparably demanding environment.
