SF Technology is supporting a leading technology services organisation in the search for an experienced Field Services Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing a team of field engineers, overseeing service delivery, handling technical escalations, and supporting customers across a Managed IT environment.
Required Experience
Previous IT Team Lead, Field Services Lead or Technical Support Manager experience
Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune knowledge
Windows Server and networking experience
MSP or Managed Services background
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
