Field Support Technician (Graduate/Entry-Level) - Mobile App Rollout (May Start)

£125-£150/day (Inside IR35 via umbrella)
London-based + UK travel (expenses covered)
Full UK Driving Licence Required

A major UK mobile technology rollout is underway, and we're hiring two Graduate/Entry Level Field Support Technicians to help deliver it. This is a fantastic opportunity for tech-savvy graduates who enjoy working with people, travelling, and getting hands-on with mobile technology.

• Visiting multiple client sites across London and the wider UK (all travel reimbursed).
• Helping users migrate from an existing mobile app to a new one.
• Using a simple, step-by-step checklist for each deployment.
• Supporting users with installation, setup and sign-in.
• Delivering short (1-2 hour) end-user training sessions using provided materials.
• Completing checklists, logs and training sign-offs.
• Acting as a friendly, professional point of contact onsite.

• Graduate or early-career individual.
• Confident using smartphones and mobile apps.
• Friendly, professional communicator.
• Highly organised and reliable.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Happy to travel nationally (expenses paid).
