Key Responsibilities:• Support full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Handle billing, revenue entries, and account reconciliations
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, including journal entries and month-end close tasks
• Prepare and review supporting schedules for month-end and year-end reporting
• Perform bank reconciliations and account analyses
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data
• Assist with process improvements and support ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with a major ERP system such as NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or SAP
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule:Hybrid: 4 days in office, Fridays remote
$31-39/hr
Pay Details: $31.00 to $39.00 per hour
