I am recruiting for a highly analytical Finance Data Lead to join the Future Enterprise Resource Planning and Shared Services Provider (FESSP) programme - a major transformation initiative reshaping how finance, HR, and payroll services operate across a major government department.

As the Finance Data Lead, you will play a crucial role in preparing the department's finance data for migration into the new ERP solution. You'll lead on data cleansing, quality, governance, and issue resolution - acting as the bridge between internal teams, subject-matter experts, UKSBS, and programme governance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence data strategy, shape future processes, and ensure the department's finance data is accurate, migration ready, and fit for business needs.

Strong experience in finance data management, migration, or ERP related work.

Confidence navigating complex issues, escalating appropriately, and driving solutions.

Experience coordinating multiple workstreams or business areas simultaneously.

Existing SC clearance (essential due to programme timelines).
