is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Integration Lead to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the integration of Company M into the Company K entity within a compressed timeline, ensuring technical accuracy, clear documentation, and minimal disruption to ongoing UK Finance operations

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £500 per day, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and temporary ongoing. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.00pm with a 3.30pm finish on Friday

Reporting to the Finance Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end integration plan
  • Coordinate cross-entity workstreams and stakeholders
  • Support VAT TOGC, PAYE migration and Corp Tax treatment alongside Group & External advisor
  • Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confirm post-transfer management reporting structure
  • Support preparation of March fair value adjustments
  • Ensure correct entity allocation and robust documentation

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Strong technical accounting background
  • Experience in entity integrations or carve-out
  • ERP implementation or migration experienc
  • PLC reporting environment exposure
