Job Description:Job Title: Financial Aid Coordinator
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Duration: 3-6 months
Hours: M- F (37.5 hrs/week), 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duties:
- Assist students to set up accounts.
- Assist students in the processing of financial aid applications, application deadlines, satisfactory academic progress requirements, and effects of enrollment changes.
Support student billing inquiries and process student invoices
- Verify student financial aid data by reviewing submitted information for completeness and accuracy according to financial aid regulations. Make corrections to student data using computer systems.
- Work in Marketplace and Jagger to process student invoices
- Provide phone support, office correspondence, scheduling meetings using Zoom, Webex, Teams.
- Knowledge of Jagger, Marketplace, Concur, People soft, Banner, Cornerstone is a plus
Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
