Join a large public healthcare organization supporting critical infrastructure and administrative operations. This role plays a key part in financial tracking, reporting, and vendor coordination within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with organizational procedures Monitor and process departmental invoices and payments Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries Develop, maintain, and analyze budget reports Support budget planning and forecasting activities Attend meetings and present financial updates as needed Perform additional financial analysis and support special projects as assigned Work beyond standard hours when required to meet deadlines Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, financial analysis, or related areas Experience with data processing, systems analysis, and management information systems Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments Strong customer service mindset "Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $55.00 - $65.00 an hour is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
