We are seeking a Financial Analyst to perform financial forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. This role supports key financial cycles, including Quarterly Reviews and Annual Operating Planning. The position involves managing quarter-end close processes and performing financial analysis to influence business decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field with 7+ years of experience; or a Master's degree or equivalent certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CA, CMA) with 3+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Experience in OPEX cost center management, including workforce planning, OPEX, and CAPEX. Strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills are required.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Workday Adaptive planning. Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools is also required.
Compensation & BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $62.67 per hour.
