Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to perform financial forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. This role supports key financial cycles, including Quarterly Reviews and Annual Operating Planning. The position involves managing quarter-end close processes and performing financial analysis to influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Manage quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis and reporting of headcount, Opex, and Capex.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support corporate initiatives and influence decisions.
  • Prepare and publish reports to provide visibility into spending trends and headcount.
  • Partner with Business Operations to identify and drive profitability initiatives.
  • Identify and lead business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain trusted business relationships, acting as an advisor.
  • Support internal and external audits, as well as controls and compliance-related activities.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field with 7+ years of experience; or a Master's degree or equivalent certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CA, CMA) with 3+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.

Experience: Experience in OPEX cost center management, including workforce planning, OPEX, and CAPEX. Strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills are required.

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Workday Adaptive planning. Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools is also required.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $62.67 per hour.
