The contractor will be responsible for managing key financial tasks, including Retail OpEx reporting, budget requests, system approvals, invoice validation, and expense forecasting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial operations, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Retail OpEx Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare and analyze Retail OpEx reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies. o Monitor and track OpEx expenses, identifying trends and potential cost-saving opportunities. 2. Budget Requests and System Approvals: o Assist in preparing and submitting budget requests for Retail OpEx. o Ensure timely and accurate submission of system approval requests. 3. Invoice Validation and Approval: o Validate and approve invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. o Resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation for all transactions. 4. OpEx Expense Forecasting and Validation: o Develop and maintain OpEx expense forecasts to support financial planning. o Validate expense data to ensure accuracy and alignment with budgetary goals. 5.
