Financial Analyst Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst Manager to join a leading global organisation operating within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to contribute to strategic financial planning, costing, forecasting, and business partnering activities within a dynamic international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse financial performance relating to subcontracting, freight, and operational costs.
• Prepare month end reporting, financial commentary, variance analysis, and trend reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection processes.
• Develop and maintain product costing models across a broad portfolio.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Prepare reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Identify and assess financial and operational risks.
• Support audit activities and internal control compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with SAP ERP is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross functional and international teams.
