We're currently looking to grow our team of Accounting Clerks!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Perform accountings duties as required, specifically focusing on accounts receivable and other clerical related tasks.

SALARY

$20 to $28 per hour, depending on education and experience

REQUIREMENTS

High School/GED and/or Associates Degree

1-2 years' experience in an accounting support position.

A/R experience preferred but not required.

JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Reviews all invoice for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
2. Process Freight invoices.
3. Maintains all account receivable reports, spreadsheets.
4. Assists in monthly closings.
5. Filing Check Runs
6. Vendor Verification for ACHs.
7. ACH Payment/Remittances
8. Vendor terms/Vendors Inactivity Reviews
9. Reconcile Vendor Statement
10. Perform filing and coping.
11. Adjust accounts as needed
12. Assembles and processes overnight shipments.

Compensation details: 20-28 Hourly Wage
