This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial control within Wealth & Insurance. As a Financial Control Analyst, you'll play a hands on role in supporting accurate financial reporting, reconciliations and cash flow activities across New Ireland. You'll gain valuable exposure to month end close, financial controls and business performance, while being supported to develop your technical skills and grow your career in finance.

In this role, you will:You are early in your accounting career and keen to learn through hands on experience. You enjoy working with numbers, spotting differences and resolving issues, and you take pride in accuracy and attention to detail. You're comfortable working independently, while also building positive working relationships with colleagues across different teams. You communicate clearly and are willing to ask questions to deepen your understanding of financial processes and controls.

The Financial Reconciliation and Control team sits within the Financial Reporting and Control function in Wealth & Insurance. The team is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of over €3.8 billion of customer premiums and claims across New Ireland. We play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, supporting reporting accuracy and improving efficiency through timely resolution of reconciling items.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily at our Dublin office. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
