Description
- Own the full budgeting cycle and cash flow forecasting, ensuring accurate implementation and alignment across all departments.
- Deliver management accounts and dashboards, providing clear insights and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Strengthen balance sheet controls and maintain robust financial governance.
- Review and improve finance processes and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Build strong relationships with budget holders, challenging assumptions and guiding financial planning.
- Lead landlord negotiations, manage property-related costs, and oversee commercial agreements.
- Support growth initiatives through financial modelling for acquisitions and strategic projects.
Profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified with a solid grounding in accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, ideally within fast-paced or growth environments.
- Highly skilled in Excel and familiar with NetSuite, with the ability to build and adapt complex financial models.
- Commercially astute, able to translate financial data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and confident engaging with stakeholders, including landlords and senior leadership.
