A well-established Kent-based distribution business is seeking a Fractional Finance Director to provide strategic, commercial, and operational financial leadership 3 days per week .

Deliver strategic financial insight and support board-level decision making Strengthen financial controls, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimisation across the distribution network Oversee cashflow management and commercial analysis Act as a trusted adviser to the senior leadership team

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA - essential) Proven FD-level experience within SMEs (distribution/logistics sector desirable) Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate numbers into action Hands-on, collaborative approach with the confidence to influence and challenge Someone able to hit the ground running and add value from day one
