Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Food Safety Quality Auditor in Lathrop, CA. This is a temporary, full time opportunity.
The FSQ Auditor supports plant Food Safety and Quality programs and ensures compliance with HACCP, GMP, SOP, and SSOP requirements. This position works in a manufacturing/plant environment and collaborates with Operations, Sanitation, and FSQ leadership. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications below!

Pay Details: $ 22-30 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor daily FSQ programs to ensure regulatory and customer compliance
- Perform pre operational and operational plant inspections
- Verify GMP and sanitation practices
- Collect raw material, finished products, and environmental samples
- Coordinate internal and external lab testing
- Complete finished product releases
- Maintain FSQ documentation and data entry
- Assist with audits (SQF, customer audits)
- Work cross functionally with plant teams
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Meat Science, or related field
- 1 year Food Safety & Quality experience or internship equivalent
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs
- Manufacturing or meat processing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in plant floors and lab environments
- Pay: $22-30per hour
- Weekly pay

- Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Hours may vary based on workload
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
