Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and approachable Front Help Desk Representative to provide support in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and staff, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations while working independently. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally Assist customers and team members with basic technical issues or service requests Document interactions and maintain organized digital records Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department Provide information about services, policies, and procedures clearly Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their issues Coordinate with team members using online collaboration tools Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus) Previous experience in help desk, front desk, or customer support roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk or similar platforms Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Compensation: $30 $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Work Environment: Fully remote (work from home) Flexible or shift-based schedule depending on operational needs Fully digital workflow using online communication and collaboration tools
