Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Help Desk Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth support experience while handling inquiries efficiently and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Provide information about products, services, and company policies Route requests to appropriate departments when needed Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's degree is a plus) Proven experience in customer service, help desk, or front desk roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM or ticketing systems Technical support or call center experience Ability to handle high-volume inquiries Compensation: $30 $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Key Competencies: Customer-focused mindset Patience and empathy Attention to detail Adaptability Team collaboration Work Environment: 100% remote (work from home) Flexible or shift-based schedule depending on business needs Fully digital workflow using online communication and support tools
