Full Stack Developer - Senior

Hays are now looking for a Snr Full Stack Developer for one of our local Healthcare clients:

• Up to 650 p/d Inside IR35
• Remote Working
• Must have SNOMED, ICD-10, or HL7 FHIR experience

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong healthcare technology expertise and deep HL7 FHIR R4/UK Core knowledge, Azure and .NET development experience, and a proven ability to deliver secure, compliant healthcare solutions at scale.

Essential Experience Required

• Experience working with SNOMED CT and ICD-10 clinical coding, or:
• Hands-on expertise with HL7 FHIR R4, UK Core profiles, and healthcare interoperability

What Else We're Looking For

• Strong experience developing cloud-native applications using C#, .NET 10, Azure, and REST APIs
• Frontend development experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, and NHS Digital Design System components
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and agents responsibly within enterprise software delivery
• Eligibility to obtain BPSS clearance
