Functional Consultant: Oracle HCM Workforce Management - ONLY SC CLEARED - £510 per day (umbrella rate)

Location: Remote
Onsite: London (if and when required)

Atrium EMEA are supporting a large managed service provider, looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong experience in Workforce Management, Absence Management, and Time & Labor to support solution design, configuration, and delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.

What You'll Do
* Configure and deliver Oracle HCM Workforce Management, Absence, and Time & Labor
* Run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions
* Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
* Work closely with client teams and technical stakeholders

What You'll Need
* Hands on experience with Oracle HCM Workforce Management, Absence, and Time & Labor
* Strong functional consulting and client facing skills
* Ability to analyse requirements and deliver high quality configurations

Nice to Have
* Experience with Oracle workflow scheduling
