Global Payroll Lead (WorkDay) - Transformation Programme

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to play a key role in the design and implementation of a global payroll solution (WorkDay) within a complex, international professional services environment.

This role will support a major transformation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and deliver a scalable, efficient and well-governed global payroll operating model.

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous global Professional Services experience is critical
• Previous WorkDay Payroll Lead experience essential.
• Knowledge/experience of workday payroll as well as other global payroll solutions - and knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of each solution
• Will be required to work with payroll vendors and support one or more RFP processes
• Ability to influence and drive global process alignment and ways of working is a must in order to achieve efficiencies and a secure risk free solution and governance
• Experience of developing Payroll methodologies and governance
• Working with the Continuous Process Improvement team to map the current and future state payroll processes, identify efficiencies
• Support the Global Head of HR Technology & Services with the design of a global payroll operating model and support team
• Able to lead training of the payroll system(s)

Other:

• Inside of IR35.
• 18 month contract.
• Hybrid working
