HaloITSM Implementation Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager
Outside IR35
£600 per day
Remote/hybrid, with occasional on-site presence in Southampton as required
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager to support a large-scale HaloITSM implementation programme.
Candidates must have proven experience delivering HaloITSM implementations within complex business or enterprise environments. This is essential for the role.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery across stakeholders, suppliers, technical teams and business workstreams, ensuring the programme remains structured, controlled and aligned to agreed outcomes.

Key experience required
Proven HaloITSM implementation experience
Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager or Project Manager background
Experience managing complex ITSM or Service Management transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience
Confident managing governance, RAID, reporting, budgets and delivery plans
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Comfortable managing technical and business delivery teams

Desirable experience
Consultancy or client-facing delivery background
Prince2 and/or ITIL certifications
