Provide customer support to walk-in retail and contractor customers and answer the phone and emails from customers. Assists customers with issues such as product selection, pricing and availability. Determine customer expectations in order to recommend specific products based on cost , availability or specification. Generate sales quoted requiring a working knowledge of the company products. The reading of blue prints and doing take offs is a plus.
Looking for someone with retail sales experience, particularly in hardware. Needs to be self-motivated, have good customer service skills, good communication skills, and be willing to go the extra mile. Professionalism is key.

Position will require helping customer find what they need. As well as making suggestions to help them complete a job easier. Stocking products, fronting shelves, and house keeping also required.
Must be able to lift 60lbs regularly and stay on your feet for 8+ hours per day.
