Position: Head Of Organisational Development
Location: 4 Manchester Road, BD5 0QL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay Rate: PAYE: £313.00 per day

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support organisational development activity across the council
• Contribute to the development and delivery of people and workforce strategies
• Support change management and improvement initiatives
• Work with senior stakeholders to improve organisational effectiveness
• Ensure alignment of OD activity with council priorities and objectives
• Provide expert advice on organisational development matters

Person Specification
Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience in organisational development or a related field
• Strong understanding of change management and workforce development
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex organisation
• Ability to lead and deliver strategic initiatives effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Previous experience working within local government or the public sector
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
• Relevant professional qualification in HR, OD, or a related discipline
