REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
LOCATION: Delaware Hertel Branch (Buffalo)
HOURS: 37.50 hours per week
COMPENSATION: The starting hourly wage for this position is expected to be $23.50-$24.00 per hour. The actual hourly wage will be determined based on experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.
SCHEDULE: Monday 8:30 - 4:15 / Tuesday 8:30 - 4:15/ Wednesday 9:30 - 4:15 / Thursday 8:30 - 5:15 / Friday 8:30 - 6:15/ Saturdays 8:30 - 1:15
Hours vary based on business need. Must be available to work 2-3 Saturdays per month or as needed
Position Overview
The primary function of this position is to coordinate the completion of all aspects of Teller operations within the branch, ensuring the daily activities of the Tellers are performed in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Other duties include ordering and conducting cash management, as well as, providing leadership and guidance to Tellers through assignment of work, and by providing technical guidance and assistance with sales goals. The Head Teller must be a team player, and role model for others. The Head Teller will promote relationships and the credit union, by referring and selling financial products and services that best suit our members' needs.
