Job Description Answer incoming calls
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; escalate accordingly
Act as a liaison between company employees and the IT support departments
Support and monitor various software, applications, and hardware
Perform follow-up calls to customers and other IT departments regarding tickets/issues
Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Complete company-provided customer service training as required
Periodic travel may be required
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
May be required to climb ladders and perform overhead and under desk work
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
