Due to continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle onboarding experience from coordinating pre-employment screening to hosting New Hire Orientation and guiding teammates through their onboarding curriculum. You will also serve as a trusted employee resource for benefits questions and open enrollment, coordinate Leave of Absence and Disability claims, and maintain accurate electronic personnel records to support compliance and internal audit processes.
