The HR Data Analyst Lead is responsible for the quality management of core HR data in SAP, query/audit reports for HR, Position Management, SOX Compliance, business process design and HR Operations/Service metrics. This role partners with HR and Operations leadership to provide simple solutions to complex data issues.
Responsibilities - Supports the HR Business Partners in the completion of Complex transactions such as re-organizations, M&A, and increase file processing.
- Works with Business Planning on Monthly and Quarter end audits - Misalignments in HC and FTE
- Completes Load Files in SAP for Batches of Employee Changes
- Works to ensure Reporting Hierarchy and Org Hierarchy Align
- Completes Complex Reporting Requests from Business
- POC for Data Issues - Investigates, Reviews, and Corrects
- Quarter end Audits - PM Inactivation, Data Quality, etc.
- Collaborates with HRIT on HR Data Audits to assure compliance and accuracy is maintained; completes HR Data Audits according to assigned schedule.
- Establishes and maintains position management standards and compliance. This includes working with HRIT and Talent teams to assure appropriate process design is established and reporting tools are available.
- Identifies SAP functional deficiencies/errors and works with HRIT to mitigate/correct.
- Creates/updates necessary SAP Self-service user support materials for assigned SME areas and works with Learning team to provide necessary support for on-boarding and leadership tools associated with all PeopleSoft tools.
- Develops and writes basic queries in SAP; able to further analyze utilizing excel or other applications necessary
- Maintain the HR Governance Handbook.
Qualifications - Previous experience in Human Resources or Compliance role with focus on data integrity and analytics.
- Experience with HCM, Data Administration, Position Management, and/or PeopleSoft.
- Strong data analysis and research skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, including advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive employee data.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
