HR Digital and Data Implementation Lead

JOB DETAILS
- £350-£390 PER DAY
- INSIDE IR35
- 6-MONTH CONTRACT
- 2 DAYS ON-SITE PER WEEK IN EXETER
- ACTIVE BPSS CLEARANCE REQUIRED

SKILLS
- Extensive experience working in HR Data Governance projects.
- Strong skills in developing Power BI people analytics dashboards.
- Experience in iTrent.
- Understanding of Data Quality processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementation and embedding of additional iTrent functionality.
- Improve Data Quality within systems to enhance decision-making and reduce manual processes.
- Take a leading role in HR elements of digital transformation programmes.
- Support transition of HR systems to cloud-based technologies.
- Lead activity relating to HR Data Governance and drive development of people analytics dashboards using iTrent DataMart.
