HVAC Controls Lead Systems Specialist (Dublin, OH)

Our client, a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable building solutions, is seeking a HVAC Controls Lead Systems Specialist to join their team. As a HVAC Controls Lead Systems Specialist, you will be part of the Project Delivery / Field Operations team supporting Building Automation Systems (BAS) projects, customers, and subcontractor teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Controls Lead Systems Specialist
Location: Dublin, OH
Pay Range: $33.65 - $43.75 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead on-site HVAC controls and Building Automation System (BAS) projects from start to finish
• Oversee system design, programming, installation coordination, and commissioning
• Manage project budgets, costs, billing, and financial performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and client communications
• Ensure system commissioning, documentation, and successful project closeout

What's Needed? (Must Have)

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent field experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Strong experience with HVAC controls systems, design, programming, and commissioning
• Ability to work independently in field environments
• Strong technical troubleshooting and computer skills
• Reliable transportation
