In business over 20 years, Jen Air Inc. is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for immediate, full-time employment. We are looking for skilled technicians with 3 + years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems , including maintenance, repair and installation.

Key Responsibilities
Perform HVAC service, repair, and maintenance on residential & commercial systems (NO OIL)
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Service equipment including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, rooftop units (RTUs), and heat pumps
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards
Deliver strong customer service and communication
Qualifications
Minimum 3 + years HVAC technician experience (residential & commercial)
Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, electrical components
EPA Certification (preferred)
Valid driver's license (required)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits
